'AMOR' is the name for the god of love in Roman mythology.
It also translates to 'love' in Spanish, Portuguese, Latin, and Romanian.
Easy to guess what the topic is that my book revolves around.
 
the story:
My first photo book, Permeable Membrane, collects works from my first four years of creating with photography. My self-portraits, as well as my other photographs, were fueled by an enormous heartbreak. AMOR is fueled by falling in love anew, by opening up again, and by a story that was unfolding when I dared to do so.
Not only butterflies, but also demons of the past found their way back into my new relationship, and what followed was a time of illness and an unknown darkness that forced me to grow beyond myself in every aspect.
During this time, and over the last four years, I documented and created tirelessly and these images and my writings from that journey found their place in this book.
